Position Overview
Site Assessment Project Manager at O2EPCM, Inc. dba O2 Engineering, Projects & Construction Management to manage environmental investigations and remediation projects.
Location & Compensation Los Angeles, CA – Onsite – Full-Time – $116,000 - $124,000 per year.
Duties & Responsibilities
Review and coordinate work conducted by environmental site assessment contractors under the Master Services Agreement.
Assist in contract development and oversight of remediation contractors.
Establish and maintain project budgets, contract management, and schedules.
Provide technical advice to OEHS Management on oversight of environmental site assessment contractors.
Prepare and coordinate the environmental review process for projects with Facilities Services Division requirements.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Seven (7) years full-time paid experience managing environmental investigations and remediation under the direction of DTSC or comparable regulatory agency.
Site investigation and remedial strategy expertise; knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations; DTSC, RWQCB, and SCAQMD protocols.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
California Professional Registration (Certified Hydrogeologist, Professional Engineer, Professional Geologist) preferred.
