Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams with CARDS experience.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, promoting self‑organization and accountability.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well‑defined product backlogs and clear sprint goals.
Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications. The software engineer applies scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems, develops and applies software engineering practice and knowledge, and may supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. The role requires original thought and judgment, and the ability to collaborate and act as a team player with other engineers and stakeholders.
