About the Role
As a CBRE Administrative Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to a department or manager. You are responsible for supporting operations, teams, job functions and senior management.
What You’ll Do
Perform administrative duties including conducting research, updating databases and preparing collateral materials for mass mailings. Support meetings & events onsite and coordinate catering.
Answer and route calls to appropriate personnel or voicemail. Respond to routine inquiries and provide information about the organization while maintaining confidentiality.
Issue visitor passes, validate parking and maintain guest logs.
Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing conference rooms. Maintain reception area, conference rooms and kitchen areas.
Interact with vendors for events and coordinate set‑up in conference rooms.
Write routine reports and correspondence and respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while exercising limited discretion.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED with up to 2 years of job‑related experience.
Experience with crafting Purchase Orders and other administrative work.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and OneNote.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The hourly range is about $24–$25/hr with some potential flexibility depending on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
