Waste Coordinator-Livermore, CA – CBRE What You’ll Do
Ensure small to medium-sized waste shipments are correctly processed in accordance with all Federal, State, and local regulations. Accept inbound orders for regulated waste requirements. Review all shipping documents, profiles, labels, and markings for each scheduled inbound order. Submit all completed waste stream profiles for approval. Record all relevant registers and ensure records are up to date. Protect the organization and clients from damage and loss. Report landscape damage to Sr. Coordinator. Complete accurate Waste Shipment records. Prepare approved waste for outbound shipment. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation and Benefits
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum rate for the Waste Coordinator position is $17.79 per hour and the maximum rate is $26.92 per hour.
