Recruiter, Part-Time - Hybrid (Cincinnati, OH)
OneDigital is on a mission to help people do their best work and live their best lives. We are looking for a part-time, as‑needed Recruiter to support our hiring efforts in the Cincinnati area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, passive outreach, screening, scheduling, and interviewing
Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements
Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talent
Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring teams
Provide guidance on hiring best practices and compliance and monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes
Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
Travel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo)
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and service‑oriented
Ability to build trust and credibility with clients
Strong communication and organizational skills
3+ years of recruiting experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (required)
PHR or SHRM‑CP certification (preferred)
Compensation Base pay range: $30 to $35 per hour. Additional variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus may apply based on performance.
