Position: Recruiter

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Remote, with ability to travel to local clients)

Pay: $30 to $35/hour

Experience: At least 3 years of recruiting experience, including full‑cycle recruiting and candidate assessment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; PHR or SHRM‑CP certification preferred.

Type: Part‑time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Greene Resources is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements.
  • Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client hiring teams.
  • Provide guidance on hiring best practices, compliance, and recruitment metrics.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
  • Travel locally to client sites as needed.

Position Requirements

  • Strong experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to travel to local clients in the Cincinnati, OH area.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and service‑oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
