Commercial Sales Representative (Hardscapes)

Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team within the hardscapes industry. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, including contractors/installers, general contractors with some interaction with landscape architects, developers, and municipalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardscape products and applications, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Job Location
This position is remote, and this person needs to live in Dallas Fort Worth.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers
Conduct product knowledge presentations and demonstrations with clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in the hardscapes, construction, or building materials industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of hardscape products (pavers, retaining walls, outdoor living solutions, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts, open orders, production, and projects simultaneously
Proficient in SalesForce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
