The Role We’re looking for a Talent Partner to lead full-cycle hiring across our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions including Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Operations, and partner closely with their leaders to hire exceptional talent that moves the business forward.
This person will report directly to the VP of People and collaborate with our internal EPD Recruiter on select technical roles. You’ll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, own the candidate experience end to end, and drive hiring outcomes that balance quality, speed, and experience.
What You’ll Do
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing to offer extension across GTM functions
Partner closely with GTM leaders to understand business goals, team dynamics, and hiring needs
Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates
Ensure a consistent, exceptional candidate experience with clear and frequent communication
Collaborate with the People and Operations teams to ensure efficient recruiting operations, from scheduling to reporting
Maintain accurate pipeline and performance data, tracking time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
Provide strategic hiring insights and market intelligence to inform org planning
Partner with our EPD Recruiter to share best practices and support technical hiring when needed
You Have
4–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in SaaS or a fast-scaling startup
Experience hiring for Sales, CX, Marketing, or Ops roles (bonus: exposure to technical recruiting)
Proven ability to manage multiple roles at once while maintaining organization and communication
A data-driven mindset that uses metrics and insights to improve hiring outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A passion for creating inclusive, transparent, and high-touch candidate experiences
Curiosity, initiative, and a knack for building strong internal partnerships
