Role Overview Gradial is hiring a GTM Talent Partner to lead recruiting across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with flexibility to support high‑priority roles in Product and Engineering. This hands‑on role balances day‑to‑day execution with thoughtful input on process, candidate experience, and team scaling. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to define excellence and build a high‑performing GTM organization from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Own full‑cycle hiring across GTM, from scoping and sourcing through offer and close.

Partner with hiring managers to shape job definitions, interview plans, and decision frameworks.

Actively source top candidates using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and outbound tools.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to support strategic hires in Product and Engineering.

Lead onboarding coordination for new hires, ensuring a smooth, high‑quality experience.

Provide guidance on recruiting processes, tools, and calibration practices as the team grows.

Share insights with stakeholders to improve funnel health, time‑to‑hire, and overall efficiency.

Requirements

4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in GTM roles, ideally within a high‑growth startup.

Track record of closing multiple concurrent roles while maintaining a high bar for quality.

Confident in outbound sourcing and building pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles.

Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and operating autonomously in ambiguous environments.

Proficient with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and common sourcing/HRIS tools.

Clear communicator with a bias for action and a candidate‑first mindset.

Desirable Attributes

Experience onboarding new hires and contributing to people operations in early‑stage environments.

Familiarity with hiring for technical teams including Engineering, Product, or Design.

Base salary range:

$130,000 – $145,000 annually . Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance‑based bonuses and equity awards.
