Envision Healthcare is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Carrollwood in Tampa, Florida.
Minimum CRNA experience of 3-5 years required; previous leadership experience preferred. Chief CRNA Responsibilities
Scheduling Staff development Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events Liaison with hospital leaders Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital Participate in leadership and development activities Assist Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews Orientation and onboarding of new hires Highlights of this Opportunity
Newly Increased Compensation! $75K Start Date Bonus with 3-year commitment Chief stipend Start date bonus Relocation assistance ACT: 6 Physicians and 19 APPs 200 bed hospital Case mix: no heads, no hearts, no OB, no peds 13 sites of service including endo, neuro, spine, ortho, no OB Flexible scheduling 8, 10, 12, 13, and 14-hour shifts Sister sites: AdventHealth Tampa and AdventHealth Wesley Chapel Minimal beeper call from home, 30-minute call back OT opportunities available if desired Compensation & Benefits
