Envision Physician Services is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa in Tampa, Florida!
Minimum CRNA experience of 3 years required, previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full-time opportunity to join the well-established group of 21 Physicians and 52 APPs. This well-respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides a full range of anesthesia services for adults and children including general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical.
Vice Chief CRNA Responsibilities
Scheduling
Staff development
Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
Liaison with hospital leaders
Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
Participate in leadership and development activities
Assist Chief CRNA with performance reviews
Orientation and onboarding of new hires

Minimal beeper call from home, 30‑minute call back, call shared evenly
