Manager, Corporate FP&A , you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making at the highest levels. You will be responsible for key financial planning and analysis functions, including:
Corporate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting Board and investor reporting M&A support and integration planning Ad hoc analysis for private equity sponsors and executive leadership Tracking and interpreting key financial and operational KPIs Driving process improvements and automation Leading the implementation of a new forecasting/planning system This role offers a unique blend of strategic influence and hands-on analysis, with direct interaction with senior leadership and private equity investors. The ideal candidate for this Manager, Corporate FP&A will have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
(MBA from a top-tier program strongly preferred) 4–5+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience Strong background in corporate FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis Experience in
investment banking, private equity, or top-tier management consulting
is highly valued Advanced Excel modeling skills
and familiarity with planning, dashboard, and analytics tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI) Exceptional communication and presentation skills Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive value A track record of
