Manager of Corporate FP&A
We have been exclusively engaged by a large, high‑growth private equity–backed company to find a talented Manager of Corporate FP&A. The organization is experiencing significant year‑over‑year growth and is seeking top‑tier FP&A talent to support its continued expansion.
Base pay range $110,000.00/yr – $135,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Corporate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Board and investor reporting
M&A support and integration planning
Ad hoc analysis for private equity sponsors and executive leadership
Tracking and interpreting key financial and operational KPIs
Driving process improvements and automation
Leading the implementation of a new forecasting/planning system
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
(MBA from a top‑tier program strongly preferred)
4‑5+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience
Strong background in corporate FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis
Experience in
investment banking, private equity, or top‑tier management consulting
is highly valued
Advanced Excel modeling skills
and familiarity with planning, dashboard, and analytics tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to build cross‑functional relationships and drive value
A track record of

Compensation & benefits Compensation for this role is determined by a wide array of factors including skills, experience, and location. In addition to the base pay range, the individual may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan. The location for this position is Atlanta, GA.
