What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the primary contact for employee relations concerns within the distribution network
Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, including harassment and discrimination
Collaborate with managers to address performance and policy issues
Coach leaders on conflict resolution and employee relations strategies
Monitor workplace trends and recommend solutions to enhance employee satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of employee relations or HR experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
Strong knowledge of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, and other labor-related laws
Experience in both union and non-union environments
Bilingual in English and Spanish; proficient in HRIS systems
