Conduct impartial investigations into complaints including discrimination, harassment, and workplace misconduct Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses with professionalism and neutrality Collect, analyze, and evaluate documentation and evidence to form factual conclusions Draft clear and legally sound investigation reports summarizing findings and recommendations Partner with HR, Legal, and leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and laws What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong interviewing, documentation, and analytical skills Experience in conducting investigations into employee relations concerns Ability to maintain accurate and confidential case records Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Healthcare experience preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a similar investigative role within the healthcare industry Familiarity with case management systems Strong understanding of compliance and risk mitigation strategies Ability to identify trends and recommend proactive measures to improve workplace culture Experience in training or guiding leaders on policy application Equal Opportunity Employment
