Responsibilities
- Define the overall SMB marketing & creative strategy to increase awareness and utilization of Amazon Business ad solutions (audience segmentation, creative/content strategy, channel strategy, and marketing calendar)
- Create on‑brand, best‑in‑class content tailored to appropriate customers to effectively build acquisition campaigns
- Own end‑to‑end campaign management from ideation to execution and measurement
- Audit existing content and identify gaps in content assets
- Work across Marketing Managers, Content Creators, Designers, Program Managers, and business leadership to align channel initiatives with cross‑functional team goals
- Analyze, report on, and optimize against key performance metrics
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs
- Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication
- 7+ years of professional non‑internship creative marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing cross‑functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
- Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- Ambitious self‑starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
