Job Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our La Vergne, TN facility. This role manages inventory, logistics, and team coordination to ensure timely delivery of products and materials that keep our projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse functions: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform physical counts.
• Coordinate deliveries and schedule shipping to support timely project delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff; assign daily duties, schedule shifts, and provide training.
• Monitor safety procedures and promote a safe warehouse environment.
• Improve warehouse systems and processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all regulatory standards.
• Communicate and collaborate with management and project teams regularly.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of warehouse, logistics, or construction supply experience.
• Prior supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and inventory control skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• E-commerce experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work overtime or Saturdays during peak season.
