Job Title: Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, storage, and shipping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team to meet performance and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and standards to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain health, safety, and security standards within the warehouse.
• Track KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on-time shipments, inventory turnover) and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, with 1+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Forklift certification (if applicable).
