Base Pay Range

$18.00/hr - $21.30/hr

Join Pride Health as a part-time Phlebotomist II at Greenville, NC! This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Pay Highlights

$18 - 21.30/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collections for pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing in accordance with established protocols.
• Verify patient demographic information, signatures, and ensure correct labeling of specimens in the patient’s presence.
• Maintain required records, documentation, and compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, fostering trust and confidence with patients.
• Perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment at all times.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Cover at Patient Service Centers/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice if required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
