Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Garner, NC. This is a 5 months contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: Garner, NC 27529

Hours per Week: 26 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Base pay range: $18.80/hr - $21.30/hr

Pay Highlights: Based on years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Draw and process blood specimens for laboratory testing, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Verify patient demographic information and label specimens accurately in the presence of the patient.
• Perform daily activities independently, maintaining a safe and professional environment.
• Follow established procedures for specimen collection, processing, and documentation.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and organizational commitment while promoting a positive image to patients, clients, and colleagues.
• Adapt to travel and flexible hours to cover multiple locations on short notice.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and patient confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

Offered pay rate: Based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
