Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client’s dynamic team in California.
This role requires a proactive and organized individual who is adept at multitasking and thrives in a busy work environment. The Administrative Assistant will support the team in ensuring smooth daily operations and contribute to various administrative functions.
Base Pay Range
$32.00/hr - $32.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting materials as required.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, in a professional manner.
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the work environment is organized and efficient.
- Supporting special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Required Work Hours
The position requires working from Monday to Thursday, first shift hours.

Additional Details
The minimum pay for this position is $32 per hour, with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
