A growing firm in the construction industry is seeking a
Project Manager
to lead the execution of diverse commercial projects. This position plays a central role in coordinating internal teams, external partners, and field operations from preconstruction through final turnover. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on schedule, cost, and client outcomes.

Commercial tenant improvement Residential and mixed-use developments Healthcare or life sciences Hospitality and retail Affordable and senior housing
Role Overview
Lead assigned projects from initiation through completion, ensuring contractual obligations are met Maintain financial oversight, including budget tracking, forecasting, and change management Monitor compliance with project documents, company procedures, and regulatory requirements Serve as a liaison among owners, design teams, field personnel, and subcontractors Support field staff with scheduling, procurement, and documentation Ensure timely reporting and documentation throughout the lifecycle of the project Assist in closeout activities including punch-list resolution and turnover packages Foster a cooperative and accountable project environment, both in the field and among project stakeholders
Required Background
3+ years of project management or construction operations experience on commercial or multi-unit projects Educational background or demonstrated competency in construction-related disciplines Strong grasp of construction process, from planning through closeout Experience managing subcontracts, schedules, budgets, and procurement workflows Comfortable with project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and compliance tracking Proficient with core office software; experience with construction management tools preferred Capable communicator and collaborator, able to navigate diverse teams and stakeholder dynamics Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with an ability to adjust in fast-moving environments
