Job Title: Project Manager (HVAC/Clean Room) Job Overview We seek a dedicated and experienced Project Manager (HVAC/Clean Room) to lead high-profile projects in Sacramento, CA. This role is ideal for a professional with expertise in HVAC systems and clean room environments, eager to drive innovation and excellence in the mechanical construction industry. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of HVAC and clean room construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope and budget. Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret designs and resolve HVAC, air flow systems, and clean room filtration challenges. Manage procurement and subcontractor relationships, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines. Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking, to ensure financial health and accountability. Maintain comprehensive project documentation records, adhering to industry standards, building codes, and safety protocols. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years in project management within HVAC, clean room, or mechanical construction sectors. Expertise with software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients, contractors, and team members. Demonstrated local and stable work history in the Sacramento, CA area, with an in-depth understanding of regional industry practices.
