Traveling Electrical Superintendent – Data Centers Base pay range: $105,000 – $140,000 per year.

Job Details We are seeking a Permanent Traveling Electrical Superintendent with a specialty in Data Centers. Licensed Superintendents are responsible for leading our electrical teams on the job site. Superintendents have a well‑versed knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and a strong passion for safety, training, leadership development, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Maintain current licensing and training requirements.

Lead and manage large electrical projects (15+ electricians or multiple small‑medium projects).

Consistently meet or exceed productivity and estimated job cost goals.

Use estimating software and internal resources (Exellerate, Precon, APC, Productivity, Engineering, Estimating).

Conduct jobsite safety evaluations and participate in daily safety initiatives.

Develop and integrate project schedule with other trades.

Communicate areas of concern to Project Manager and navigate difficult conversations to improve margin.

Develop a successor for the Foreman position.

Qualifications

Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).

Licensed Superintendent experienced in managing large projects.

Travel 60–75% of the work.

Work schedule: 6 am to 6 pm, Monday‑Friday (may include nights, weekends, holidays).

Strong knowledge of NEC and safety.
