Overview
We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects ranging from $20K–$500K. What You Will Be Doing
Manage all phases of HVAC/mechanical projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
Develop and own schedules, budgets, and forecasts; monitor costs and change orders
Direct and mentor superintendents, foremen, engineers, and subcontractors
Lead daily coordination meetings, resolve field issues, and enforce OSHA compliance
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary client contact; conduct progress reviews and deliver updates
Collaborate with Estimating, Engineering, and Operations teams on scope, RFIs, and submittals
Quality Assurance & Safety
Implement QA/QC procedures and perform site inspections to ensure contract compliance
Champion a strong safety culture with toolbox talks, site safety plans, and incident reviews
The Ideal Candidate
5+ years in commercial construction field roles (Superintendent, Assistant PM, or PM)
Direct HVAC/mechanical project exposure
Skilled in reading/interpreting mechanical drawings, submittals, and equipment specs
Proven track record of successfully managing budgets, schedules, and cross-disciplinary teams
