This position is for the role of a Program Integrator within the Program Operations Homeroom. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the liaison between program management and integrated product teams. Program Integrator

to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals onsite at the Melbourne, Florida location. The selected candidate will be part of a diverse organization of project integrators within the Program Operations Homeroom. The candidate is responsible to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serve as the liaison between program management and integrated product teams. The position will participate as an active member of the agile teams in the IPT and will involve interaction with Government counterparts on progress and backlog prioritization. Responsibilities

Integrate activities within the assigned programs and across programs to optimize performance Develop program definition documents; manage strategic rhythm Oversee processes, tools & infrastructure; risk & opportunity management; requirements management Staffing integration; Earned Value Management, including act as a Control Account Manager Program reviews & presentations; Agile events & milestones; proposal management; dashboards/metrics; customer engagement & satisfaction; issue management; action items and follow-through Participate as an active member of agile teams within the IPT Lead the selected work based on Government backlog prioritization Interact weekly with Government counterparts on the team’s progression Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of project management related experience or a Master's degree and 0 years of project management related experience Active DoD Secret Security Clearance last investigated within 6 years or enrolled in continuous evaluation Knowledge of project management principles and practices Experience preparing and presenting presentations Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Preferred Qualifications

Previous Aerospace or Military project management experience Active Top Secret clearance Active SAP/PAR approval AGILE/Six Sigma experience Master's degree in Project Management Expert in preparing and presenting presentations In-depth knowledge of Project Management principles and professional application (managing projects, scheduling, budget) The above salary range represents a general guideline; Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
