Sr. Director, Capture Management
to lead our capture functional homeroom. This position will be ideally based in Falls Church, VA but open to El Segundo, CA, or Melbourne, FL. This role does require travel to other major Aeronautics Systems sites. The candidate must have demonstrated experience successfully leading large captures, including extensive experience with customer engagement, strategy development, resource planning, and acquisition processes. Responsibilities
Demonstrate exceptional leadership, collaboration, communication, and team building skills. Collaborate with the sector strategy and growth organization, and corporate global business development office to implement best practices throughout the sector. Lead a homeroom of capture professionals pursuing opportunities that drive future awards. Develop capture strategy and tactics to enable consistency, quality, and timeliness of capture products. Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and 12+ years' relevant experience (Military, Defense or Federal Civilian) OR a Master’s degree and 10 years’ relevant experience. Minimum of 8 years captured experience. Extensive knowledge, experience, and success in leading and winning captures of large-scale opportunities. Current/active DoD Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications
10 captures executed of capture size at least $250 million. Over 15 years directly running a capture and over 15 captures executed of capture size over $1 billion. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
