Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
Proficiency in procurement principles, contract management, and supply chain management
Advanced mentor or leader with advanced communication skills
Collaborative cross‑functional communication and consensus building
Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Desired Skills
Issuing RFP/RFQ, analyzing bids, and contract negotiations
Lead supplier evaluations to assess readiness for program needs
In‑depth understanding of procurement principles, contract management, and supply chain management

Who You Are Global Supply Chain Proposal Material Program Manager
What You Will Be Doing
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Location Fort Worth, TX
Work Schedule 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
