is seeking an experienced

Water/Wastewater Project Engineer/Manager

to expand and lead our operations in Southwest Florida.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will guide strategic growth, oversee critical infrastructure projects, and shape the future of water and wastewater services in the region.

The Opportunity As a senior member of our Water/Wastewater team, you will:

Lead and manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to define objectives, technical requirements, and design specifications.

Conduct advanced engineering analyses, feasibility studies, and detailed system designs for water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection, and treatment facilities.

Navigate permitting and regulatory requirements at local, state, and federal levels.

Conduct site assessments and provide technical guidance during construction and implementation.

Monitor construction activities, manage project documentation, and address design modifications or challenges proactively.

Your Background

Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.

Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida or the ability to obtain within 6 months.

6+ years of proven experience managing water and wastewater engineering projects.

Proficiency in hydraulic modeling, CAD, and project management software.

Deep understanding of water treatment, distribution, and wastewater systems.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.

Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team management and multitasking across multiple projects.
