is seeking a

Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

to lead and expand its Water/Wastewater team in the Nashville area. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will manage critical projects, cultivate client relationships, and shape the future of water and wastewater infrastructure in the region. Your Role As Senior Project Manager, you will: Lead and manage water and wastewater projects from planning through construction, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define objectives, technical requirements, and deliverables. Existing client connections in TN are a bonus. Conduct engineering analyses, feasibility studies, and complex design work for water and wastewater systems. Prepare and review engineering reports, plans, specifications, and other project documentation to maintain the highest quality standards. Navigate permitting processes and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct site visits to gather data, provide technical guidance, and monitor construction activities. Oversee project documentation, manage design modifications, and address challenges proactively. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee or ability to obtain within 6 months. 4+ years of experience successfully managing water and wastewater engineering projects. Strong understanding of water treatment, distribution, and wastewater collection and treatment systems. Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly.
