Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Support Specialist (Mid-Level) for 6-12 month assignment position at aclient in the greater St. Louis, MO area. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Regulatory Support Specialist. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the regulatory field, supporting the Regulatory Specialists with the registration and compliance processes for our fertilizer products. The role is ideal for someone with a background in the sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Agronomy, Environmental Science), or a related field, who is eager to develop their expertise in regulatory affairs. Key Responsibilities: Assist with registering fertilizer products in compliance with regulatory requirements at the federal level, across all 50 states, and in Canadian provinces.

Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.

Provide assistance in the development and maintenance of product labels to meet regulatory standards.

Aid in general regulatory data collection and analysis to support product approvals and compliance.

Process registration payment requests and track financial aspects of regulatory submissions.

Collaborate closely with Regulatory Specialists to assist in day-to-day regulatory affairs tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.

As the role progresses, develop the ability to independently manage workload and priorities. Compensation:

approximately$30-36/hour (commensurate with experience) Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.

Alternatively, an Associate’s degree in with relevant work experience will be considered.

Experience:

Prior experience with regulatory product registrations (specifically in fertilizers) is desired.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is essential for data analysis and report generation.

Experience using SAP or other enterprise software systems is highly desirable.

Languages:

Proficiency in English is required.

Spanish or French language fluency is a plus and may be beneficial for international regulatory communication.

Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to learn new regulatory processes and systems quickly.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive and team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges as you grow within the role.
