Los Angeles Your Mission We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented

Streaming Manager . In this high-impact role, you’ll drive innovative marketing campaigns with Spotify and collaborate with our Artist Career Organization teams to develop standout content strategies. You’ll pitch music and publishing songwriters to top DSPs, track performance through weekly reports, and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. Your work will help elevate our artists and songwriters across key platforms, making a real difference in how their stories are told. You’ll also participate in important internal and external meetings, playing a key role in bringing bold creative visions to life. What You'll Be Doing Create and distribute weekly streaming reports highlighting key KPIs to stakeholders. Develop weekly pitch emails for Spotify Label Partnerships/Editorial and manage pitches within Spotify for Artists. Distribute weekly team playlisting reports for internal stakeholders and management. Develop creative marketing opportunities with digital marketing and artist career teams to drive artist growth within Spotify. Create, manage, update, and distribute internal pitch documents for the streaming team. Research, update internal documents, and educate stakeholders on new best practices. Optimize BMG artist Spotify profiles before and after releases using tools like Canvas, Clips, and Countdown. Onboard new artists, troubleshoot issues, and explain premium product offerings to partners. Collaborate with Business Intelligence on data insights, track trends, and algorithmic playlist growth. Represent Digital Streaming teams at events and partner meetings as needed. Develop, launch, and maintain DSP songwriter playlists across platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube. Report key industry news and trends related to Spotify to the Recorded Music team. What We Are Looking For Previous experience working with DSPs. Experience in digital marketing and commerce within the music industry. Understanding of metadata, AI adoption, platform algorithms, and content discovery. Ability to build relationships with accounts, clients, artist managers, and internal teams. Creative mindset with the ability to generate new marketing ideas. Passion for promoting music and connecting fans with artists. Highly organized and goal-oriented. Bonus: Experience in digital sales or a degree in Digital Marketing. The actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, and business needs. This role includes eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and benefits.
