General role : Support the Legal Resource Center/Corporate Legal Affairs Unit with emphasis on records management, research support, communications, event logistics, and process improvements. The LEG/CLA section provides legal advice on institutional and financial matters, governance, financial management, institutional integrity, and HR administration. Provide administrative support to division personnel. Store, reformat, and maintain records collections with metadata; manage SharePoint metadata and access. Publish records in compliance with the Bank's Access to Information Policy. Assist Legal Department clients with inquiries. Locate historic records (digital/print) and add appropriate metadata. Monitor distribution and approval of institutional documents. Produce periodic communications (newsletters, online publications, department announcements). Assist in data gathering, running reports, and creating simple data visualizations. Requirements Education : Technical Studies or associate’s degree; records management experience is a plus. Experience : At least 3 years of relevant experience; experience in a law office or legal department preferred; experience with managing confidential information a plus. Languages : Proficiency in Spanish and at least one other official language (English, French, or Portuguese) required; proficiency in more than two official languages desirable. Contract details
