Overview
Sr Supervisor, Procurement (Hybrid) role at RTX. Enterprise Services procurement team is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to lead a virtual team across the country, focusing on non-product procurement, sourcing, and execution, supplier management, supervisory responsibilities, and customer service excellence.
What You Will Do
Provide oversight and daily direction to a team of procurement professionals located across the country
Understand workload across the team, assign backlog, problem solve and handle escalations
Manage performance to meet key metrics
Serve as the escalation path for consumers or stakeholders
Collaborate to guide in problem resolution with team members
Review purchase order documentation against work instructions and policy
Increase knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, engineering or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
Well-versed experience in supply chain compliance, procurement, and supplier management
Qualifications We Prefer
Working knowledge of Raytheon’s supply chain systems and SAP purchasing tools
Basic understanding of negotiating terms and conditions and knowledge of government procurement regulations (FAR, DFARS, TINA, etc)
Master’s degree or MBA a plus
Strong communication, presentation, attention to detail, and ability to balance priorities in a matrix environment
Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to drive performance

Additional Details The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including role, responsibilities, experience, location, education, and key skills. This role is U.S.-based; benefits vary by business unit and collective-bargaining agreement where applicable.
