Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Used Car Manager, located in Salt Lake City, UT. The Used Car Manager will be responsible for managing the pre-owned vehicle sales department, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing sales processes, purchasing and maintaining inventory, and guiding the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Daily tasks include appraising used vehicles, setting pricing strategies, developing sales plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in Pre-Owned Vehicle Purchasing and Sales Experience in managing inventory Exceptional Sales and negotiation skills Leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Familiarity with automotive financing options and market trends CDK Experience helpful Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record Must be able to pass background check Seniority level:
