MOLLIE ASPEN is a new, 68-room boutique hotel that occupies a prime location on Paepcke Park in the heart of Aspen, Colorado. Drawing inspiration from the inimitable Mollie Gibson, a beloved local figure known for her restless enthusiasm for the outdoors and ability to bring people together, the hotel pays homage to her significant contributions to Aspen's early social, artistic, and adventurous fabric.
Designed by award-winning studio Post Company, MOLLIE's interiors are subtly inspired by the Aspen tradition of being firmly grounded while gazing abroad - a seamless blend of understated luxury and residential comfort. The property holds a quiet confidence and commitment to a reduction of excess with interiors that thoughtfully utilize native materials from Aspen and the wider Western region, accentuated with natural woods, earthen ceramics, and hand-dyed textiles. MOLLIE’s lobby fosters an inviting atmosphere for visitors and locals alike, where the eclectic mix of differing personas is celebrated and upheld.
The hotel's food & beverage programs consist of a lobby bar and restaurant with year-round outdoor seating and a laid-back all-day café. Set atop MOLLIE's top floor is a rooftop pool and terrace that transforms into an intimate lounge by night, with unobstructed views of Aspen Mountain. MOLLIE Aspen has been developed by HayMax Capital, a leading local development firm specializing in Aspen hospitality and residential development.
Job Description:
MOLLIE's Aspen is currently looking for a Bus Attendant who is dedicated to improving the dining experience for our guests. Your role will involve working closely with our kitchen and wait staff to ensure seamless cooperation. As a Bus Attendant, the main responsibilities include setting tables, serving food orders, and clearing used dishes and utensils from tables.

Pay Rate : $12.50/hr. plus tips.
Job Responsibilities:
Approach each shift with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and ready to contribute to the team’s overall goal. Proficiency in the property management system (currently MAESTRO) and related procedures. Assisting customers with queries, requests, and redirecting as necessary. Managing the inventory of napkins, straws, salt, pepper, and other table condiments and supplies. Reporting any damage, shortages, and complaints to the manager. Moving tables, chairs, and furniture to accommodate customers as needed. Tidying the restaurant after service and ensuring that it is prepped for the following service. Ensuring that the restaurant supplies, and equipment are clean and maintained. Assisting customers with requests or complaints Setting up and breaking down tables for each shift Maintaining the service station in a clean and orderly manner Performing food preparation and ensuring that foods are delivered promptly to the appropriate customers' tables.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with other departments, such as culinary staff and management, to create a seamless and exceptional experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent guest service and problem-resolution skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Experience as a Food Expeditor similar entry-level role in a restaurant. Strong interpersonal skills. Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
Education and Experience:
2-3 years of hospitality management experience preferred. College degree preferred.
Physical Demands
The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
