Oversee the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances, administration, and risk management. Supervise all on-site staff to ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability considerations. Personnel Management: screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff; conduct ongoing training and performance management; prepare and maintain staff schedules. Financial Management: work to maximize net operating income through cost control, revenue and leasing improvements; develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts; monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoice processing; ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Strategic Leasing Management: develop yearly marketing plans, implement leasing strategies, ensure effective leasing techniques, and maintain accurate reporting systems; show and lease units and manage resident relations. Administrative & Maintenance Management: ensure accurate reporting, lead emergency response on-site, monitor service requests, maintain property appearance, and manage vendor bids and repairs. Education/Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred. Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Physical Requirements

Must have reliable transportation due to emergency on-call requirement. Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range:

$29.00 per hour to $29.00 per hour. At Asset Living, compensation decisions consider skill set, background, training, and certifications.
