This position coordinates the care and leads the FSP team regarding service delivery based on participant voice. Division/Program Overview

Community-Based Outpatient Program Serves Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Ages 16-25 Peer Support & Independent Living Skills Development Intensive Case Management Support Individual/Family Counseling Mental Health & Medication Management Support Responsibilities

Coordinate care delivery and supervise the FSP team to ensure services align with participant needs and preferences. Qualifications

Associate degree plus six years of experience in a mental health field, OR Bachelor’s degree in a Mental Health Field plus four years of experience in a mental health field, OR Master’s degree in a Mental Health Field plus two years of experience in a mental health field. License or Certification Level 42: BBS registration as Associate Marriage Family Therapist, Social Worker, or Professional Clinical Counselor or Psychology Assistant. BBS licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist Valid California Driver's License Meets Agency driver eligibility criteria. Note:
