Starting Compensation 71,163.76 - 85,396.51 USD Per Year
Working Location San Jose: North San Jose Center (In-Person Position)
Working Hours/Shift Monday-Friday, AM shift

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications)
Master’s degree in a mental health field
Will Consider:
Enrollment in a practicum course at an accredited master’s degree program in a mental health field (time limited) OR
Awaiting BBS registration number (time limited)
CC II:
One (1) year of experience in a mental health field; experience should be with children or adolescents in residential or outpatient settings preferred.
CC III
- Two (2) years of experience in a mental health field; experience should be with children or adolescents in residential or outpatient settings preferred.
CC II
- BBS Associate (AMFT, ASW, APCC) registration, or as stated above enrollment in a practicum course and an accredited master’s degree program in a mental health field or awaiting BBS registration number.
CC III
- LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license in California
Valid California Driver's License.
NOTE: Must possess a valid California Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy.
How you will make a difference (job overview) This position has primary responsibility for Full-Service Partnership (FSP) services, including engagement, assessment, mental health services, treatment plan development, care coordination, use of flex funds and case management services to youth and their families. They act as liaison with external agencies and facilitate collaboration with the team.
Division/Program Overview
Supporting individuals with mental health, family life, employment, education, living situation, personal effectiveness, and community life functioning.
Sessions are in the community, clinic, home and some telehealth
Working with individuals ages 6-15 (Child) and 16-25 (TAY)
Utilizing a strength-based approach and working together as a multidisciplinary team
We provide services to individuals and families throughout Santa Clara County
Connects individuals to educational and vocational services and initiating the process of locating housing.
