Responsibilities
Take total ownership of one or more New Product Development projects
Lead the Core Team toward a common objective and manage resources effectively
Ensure that the project is adequately staffed and operating according to the development process
Report project status to the Project Approval Committee (PAC) and resolve conflicts as needed
Proactively take actions to drive project completion and address controversial issues
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5-10 years of experience in project management or equivalent
Manufacturing experience required
Proven leadership skills in leading, developing, and managing teams
Knowledge of project management techniques, manufacturing processes, and matrix organizations
Preferred Qualifications
Qualification in project management or equivalent; PMP certification is preferred
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good oral English communication skills
