What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and partners on the status of infrastructure programs, including risks and dependencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and propose technical solutions
Coordinate multiple projects and manage interdependencies among them
Drive decision-making with stakeholders to eliminate roadblocks and resolve customer issues
Manage RFP timelines, milestones, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or a related field
5-10+ years of datacenter and/or industrial technical program management experience
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and integration strategies
5+ years of project management experience, including scope, schedule, and budget management
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PMP certification
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Data Center Infrastructure
Experience mentoring junior project managers
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
A suitable combination of education, experience, and/or training
