Overview
Global Corporate Development Associate (30092) at ExamWorks. The role supports global acquisitions, partnerships, growth-focused strategic initiatives, and investor relations. This position works with senior executive leadership and partners with national and international business unit leadership to establish strategic growth strategy, execute on M&A and other growth initiatives, and expand global capabilities. The role offers the opportunity to work on full-cycle transactions, including evaluating strategic growth initiatives, investment opportunities, executing on strategic and tuck-in acquisitions, partnerships, and supporting post-merger integration initiatives. Location and Schedule
The ideal location is Atlanta, GA with some flexibility to work remotely (3-4 days in the office per week). Responsibilities
Lead financial modeling and valuation analyses to forecast deal economics and support decision-making. Manage due diligence logistics, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (legal, finance, operations), maintain data rooms, and track transaction timelines. Prepare investor updates, executive-level presentations, and board materials summarizing strategic rationale, transaction analysis, and integration plans. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify acquisition and partnership opportunities aligned with global strategic goals. Support integration planning and execution, design and monitor performance KPIs of acquired entities, and collaborate with FP&A and business leaders to assess synergies. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support ongoing market research, capital strategy, and other strategic initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 2–5 years of M&A, due diligence and/or driving strategic growth initiatives Background in investment banking, M&A, strategy consulting, transaction advisory or private equity highly preferred Exceptional financial modeling and data analytics skills with ability to translate work into effective executive communications Ability to travel as required Experience in healthcare services, business services or the insurance industry preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital business tools Ability to maintain confidentiality Who We Are
