We are seeking a dynamic and analytically driven Corporate Development Manager to join our team and help accelerate our strategic growth initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and business development, and plays a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and new market expansion. You’ll work closely with executive leadership to analyze market trends, assess the financial viability of potential opportunities, and support M&A execution and integration. Responsibilities
Identify and Evaluate Growth Opportunities Research and assess potential partners, markets, or acquisition targets. Develop strategic business cases and investment theses. Build detailed financial models to assess ROI, synergies, and valuation scenarios. Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning. Deal Support & Execution Support deal structuring, due diligence, and transaction execution. Work with internal stakeholders and external advisors (legal, accounting, bankers). Track industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities. Create executive-level reports and presentations. Strategic Planning Assist in long-term planning, including build vs. buy analysis and resource allocation. Collaborate cross-functionally to align business development activities with company goals. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. 4–8 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting, or FP&A. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills (Excel and/or Power BI proficiency required). Proven experience supporting strategic initiatives, transactions, or partnerships. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex data for executive stakeholders. Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong business acumen. Typical hours of work are from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM local time, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be necessary as needed. This position is exempt from overtime. Compensation
Compensation: $85,000-$125,000 USD annually (depending on experience).
