Base Pay Range $183,175.00/yr – $258,600.00/yr

What You Will Do The Architect Lead is a key organizational leader responsible for the global assessment, direction, and implementation of the strategic architecture and technology needed to achieve Kenvue’s business results within the Supply Chain & Operations functional area. The role ensures the technology landscape is strategically architected, best‑fit solutions are delivered, and the landscape is maintained from a quality, compliance, and security perspective.
You will build and manage a global team of solution architects, collaborate with business partners and KTD associates, and partner with vendors and contractors. You will provide accurate capital and expense forecasts, manage total cost of ownership, and remove technical debt.
Primary Responsibilities
Demonstrate knowledge of Kenvue’s business model, key drivers, systems, and technologies for Supply Chain & Operations.
Lead Enterprise Architecture globally: define roadmaps, support application and technology rationalization, and reduce technical debt.
Assess architectural needs with leadership to enable agile, secure delivery and meet TCO targets.
Apply new technology and reuse existing solutions; research technical trends and competitors.
Assemble a talented team, ensuring appropriate skill breadth and depth.
Direct cost control, efficiency, and effectiveness initiatives for the team.
Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide coaching.
Identify team training needs and support growth.
Recommend resource allocation and strategic programs to meet Kenvue objectives.
Consult on projects and initiatives regarding architecture, compliance, and strategy.
Lead and influence cross‑functional teams.
Represent Kenvue on architecture committees and steering groups.
Provide strategic consultation on business/technology processes and solution design.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data or Engineering).
Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience.
Minimum 5 years of architecture experience with analysis, design, or leading Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
Deep functional or technical knowledge in Supply Chain & Operations preferred.
Experience managing teams, staffing projects, and budgets.
Large‑scale enterprise initiatives and transformational program experience.
Strategic thinking, business strategy, competitive landscape insight.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with agile, SAFe, Kanban, Scrum, and Design Thinking.
Knowledge of MES, QMS, LIMS, SAP S/4HANA, Aveva, Veeva Vault, Maximo, Planisware, Labware, Enovia, etc.
Experience with MACH architectures, cloud native, API management, ERP integrations (e.g., SAP), SaaS integrations (e.g., Salesforce).
Process redesign skills and tool experience.
Budgeting and financial forecasting competence.
High complexity management and comfort with ambiguity.
Self‑starter, prioritize, and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Productivity tools: Draw.io, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint. Bonus: LeanIX, Mural, ServiceNow, PowerBI.
Executive presentation experience.
Team morale building, win sharing, accountability.
