We aim to grow with a can-do approach to problem solving while delivering strong results. We apply the latest digital technologies and automation in composite design and manufacturing and continue to expand our maintenance, repair and overhaul capabilities.

What you will do

Provide a detailed summary of repairs and request replenishment of spares as needed. Collaborate with Facilities engineers to evaluate failed components and determine if OEM or certified repair/refurbishment is viable.

Determine proper methods for removing covers or machine guarding to access components for testing and repairs. Follow safety protocols when removing or installing electrical cabinets and guarding.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and determine repair or replacement methods for failed components. Submit information to supervisor or Facilities for approval of repairs or purchases.

Install and maintain electrical equipment powering factory machinery (e.g., lathes, multi-axis machines, paint booths, automated systems, welders).

Work from work orders, service requests, blueprints, wiring sketches, and electrical schematics. Use verbal input from senior colleagues, maintenance supervisors, and Facilities engineers.

Analyze malfunctions and replace or repair LED, fluorescent, and incandescent lighting, and electrical circuits and components throughout the facility. Repair and install related equipment as needed.

Test equipment after repair or installation to ensure safety, performance, and accuracy. Report mechanical problems and lock out unsafe systems. Follow safety protocols and review schematics and manuals to understand requirements.

Set up and operate precise electronic test tools and conduct functional testing of electrical equipment.

Assist with planning upcoming installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance (PMs) of electronic and electro-mechanical equipment. Perform preventive maintenance from work orders and schematics.

Maintain logs and reports for preventive maintenance and service records. Communicate with management and supervision as needed.

Determine routing, location, and method of installing wires, conduits, electrical equipment, and fixtures from blueprints and sketches. Ensure wiring gauge and load calculations are correct; perform motor winding alterations as needed.

Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned.
