Assist engineering team with routine repairs and preventive maintenance. Respond to guest requests to ensure comfort. Perform general maintenance in guestrooms and public areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization. Prepare for daily work assignments, reviewing priorities and projects. Manage time effectively. Ensure proper use of all equipment. Maintain safety and security of the property, guests, and staff. Qualifications
Flexibility with work days and hours. Minimum of 1 year experience in building maintenance or similar, using hand tools and repairing equipment. Experience with diagnostic devices and knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry repairs. People-oriented attitude, enjoying team interaction and guest engagement.
