Reporting to the QA Manager or Supervisor, drive design, calibration and process improvement initiatives. Provide problem-solving support and electrical guidance for printed circuit board manufacturing processes, and teach others to do the same. Assist in the design, troubleshooting and calibration of product testing equipment. Conduct various Root Cause Analysis and Improvement activities throughout the Cleveland operations, and teach other QA personnel troubleshooting and auditing techniques. Utilize Quality Management System tools, apply continuous improvement methodologies (6 Sigma, Lean), and work with others in a team environment. Education & Experience Requirements

Engineer I: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and 0+ years of experience in a relevant work environment is required. Engineer II: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of experience in a relevant work environment is required. Engineer III: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience in a relevant work environment is required. Perform assessment, development and implementation of quality control procedures for electrical systems and components; analyze manufacturing processes, systems and components to ensure compliance with quality standards for PC boards manufacturing and final product assembly. Collaborate cross-functionally as required. Works with varying levels of supervision; Engineer II with limited supervision; Engineer III may lead or coordinate others and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Knowledge of Quality Management System tools, continuous improvement methodologies (6Sigma, Lean), and an understanding of manufacturing processes and methods. Ability to apply QA tools, business procedures, measurement techniques, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to a variety of problems. Preferred

Knowledge of electrical test methodologies, data capture, analysis and calibration of test equipment. Experience with Printed Circuit Board manufacturing processes, including Surface Mount (SMT) and power electronics. Experience with troubleshooting electronics and electrical equipment.
