Be an Industrial Engineering thought leader across the enterprise. Apply advanced Industrial Engineering concepts and techniques to analyze business processes to improve cost, schedule, staffing and capacity across the Advanced Development Program line of business. Interrogate data systems and look for opportunities to surface problems and drive improvements. Drive process improvement efforts to include ensuring adoption and obtainment of intended results. Palmdale, CA Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an Industrial Engineering or science related discipline Industrial Engineering experience Excel macros, Access database knowledge, digital production metric displays Desired Skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly with Production Operations and Program Offices Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments Aircraft Production Experience and/or New Production Program Experience Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience. Understanding of S-Curves, Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) Ability to construct PowerPoint presentation material and brief to senior leadership effectively EEO
