Industrial Engineer Staff - Level 4 at Jobs via Dice (client: Lockheed Martin Corporation). This role is located in Fort Worth, TX. What You Will Be Doing
Apply advanced Industrial Engineering concepts and techniques to analyze business processes and reduce waste. Perform learning curve analysis to estimate production costs and validate customer estimates. Interrogate data systems and surface problems to drive improvements. Provide shop floor oversight, including methods for creating crew plans, burn-down charts and performance metrics to optimize production. Oversee process improvement efforts, ensure implementation and sustainment while demonstrating results. Train stakeholders and team members on Industrial and Operations Engineering principles. Optimize organizational structure, team communication and skill proficiencies to maintain a high performing team. This position requires access to a facility that mandates the ability to obtain a secret level clearance. What’s In It For You

Production / Industrial Engineering experience Project management experience Experience developing, monitoring and/or reporting metrics related to cost and schedule performance (standard cost) Experience developing forecasts and/or Production Schedules and/or Resource Load Staffing Plans Desired Skills
Industrial Engineering experience Leadership experience. Ability to maintain a high performing team and manage conflicts. Experience with SAP, iBASEt, 3DX or Teamcenter Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), especially with Production Operations and Program Offices Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments Aircraft Production Experience and/or New Production Program Experience Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience. Understanding of S-Curves, SPI and CPI Ability to construct PowerPoint presentation material and brief to senior leadership Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering or STEM field Experience with discrete event simulation of production processes EEO
