This role reports within the maintenance and BIW organization and focuses on leading maintenance activities to achieve key results. Responsibilities

Coordinate EHS safety training and schedules. Work with training coordinators to suggest new training courses/subjects. Update key performance indicators for paint shop maintenance on the team board. Print Fiix reports as needed. Assist Fiix administrator in modifying and/or creating work orders and PM plans. Take inventory of spare parts as necessary to validate balance on hand. Run team meetings and toolbox talks; deliver safety talks. Coordinate refresher training programs and scheduling. Attend weekly department meetings. Validate parts on hand for scheduled jobs; kit parts as needed. Act as vacation replacement. Perform normal production support and PM duties. Understand and enforce process compliance throughout the process areas scope of operations. Perform operation, preventive maintenance and emergency repair of responsible equipment. Support other departments as required to sustain production needs. Adjust work schedules to meet production requirements. Any other tasks, permanent or temporary, to support efficiency in operations. Proficiency in general office PC programs and equipment monitoring systems. Qualifications

Must be a current Lucid Motors employee on the paint maintenance team. Two (2) years of process equipment maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Mechanical knowledge and detailed troubleshooting abilities of robots, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and various manufacturing equipment. Familiarity with alignment techniques for shafts, conveyors and related equipment. Strong lifting and rigging knowledge. Skills related to pipe fitting including threading, tubing bending and swaging. Understanding of major parts of cylinders and rebuilding them. Understanding of valves and rebuilding them. Ability to support other departments to sustain production needs. Ability to adjust work schedules to meet production requirements. Willingness to perform other tasks to support efficiency in operations. Understand and enforce process compliance within the scope of operations. Proficiency in operation, preventive maintenance and emergency repair of responsible equipment. Proficiency in general office PC programs and equipment monitoring systems. High School diploma or GED. Work involves moderate to heavy physical activity, including working in various weather conditions and heights; ability to stand, stoop, walk, lift up to 50 pounds; may require fall hazard PPE and confined-space entry with proper training.
